This crazy adventure originated from Jason & James Rhodes wanting to do more the community and improve the health of outdoor recreation for their kids and neighbors. They spent a lot of time at surrounding mountain bike parts seeing how to best design the features to last! The weather was eventually clear & the mountain snow allowed for the crew to see what we had to work with.
The month of March & April Jason & the DNR spent a lot of time scoping out sights for future features and eventually had them all signed off. Now begins the manual labor of love. After an initial rough in we were ready for some concrete work.
Next step on this feature was to cut & set all the wood! A few generator hiccups went through out the day but otherwise a long few days were well spent! The feature was officially ready for riding!
September came around and we heard that our posts were ready to go!! Our local carver had been working on on the Templar sword!
